Welcome to Vacuum Expo 2010
Vacuum Expo 2010 is launched with the full support of the vacuum industry in the UK. Its remit is to provide a meeting place for the industry and a venue for educational and training in the use and measurement of vacuum in general industry, in science and manufacturing. It will embrace industry needs, emerging technologies and challenges for vacuum coating in PV manufacture, large area coating and optical thin films.
There is a gap in the market for a focused, well organised event for Vacuum Technologies in the UK - an event that will cover rough vacuum, high and UHV effectively and offering a strong supporting technical programme.
Showcasing the very latest vacuum and related technologies and innovations for applications in science and industry, this brand new event will provide an unparalleled business environment for the effective and meaningful transfer of information and knowledge within the field of vacuum technologies.
Vacuum Expo will offer:-
- An exhibition of the leading UK vacuum technology suppliers
- 100s of products, services, solutions and applications
- A comprehensive programme of seminars and presentations.

| Comment about the event:
"This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the creation of a new conference and exhibition dedicated to vacuum technology in the UK. Bringing together representatives from industry, R&D, academia and the key suppliers in the industry will be a valuable platform for exchanging information and establishing new links and contacts for all. In addition, the modern facilities combined with the central location, make Telford the ideal location." Simon Mansbridge, VAT Vacuum |
