Intellevation has rolled out an enhanced remote training, support and process development capability. This capability enables Intellevation to provide live two-way interactive demonstrations of its powerful FilmMaker and FilmDirector optical monitoring software suites. Customers experience a fully interactive environment with VOIP.
Existing customers can now benefit from interactive software training sessions. And at the customer's request, Intellevation can now remotely examine its optical monitor systems from its headquarters and provide remote process diagnostics and process development support.
