 Intellevation has released a new range of optical monitors that enable in-situ monitoring down to 250nm. Recent developments have enabled Intellevation to push the lower wavelength bounds of its highly successful range of optical monitors from 300nm down to 250nm. These new systems monitor the growth of precision optical coatings from 250nm to 800nm and compliment Intellevation's other monitors that extend out to 2400nm.
Intellevation's optical monitors are designed to integrate into the customer's present coating chamber and control system. The systems include a comprehensive suite of hardware and software that provide fully automated optical monitoring and control of complex precision optical coatings.
