Gilden Photonics will have on show the Fluorosens, a single photon counting fluorimeter. The company supplies leading spectroscopy solutions for a wide variety of applications areas. The new Fluorosens was launched to meet customers demands for a high performance system at sensible price.
Fluorosens utilises its unique optical design to give a guaranteed signal-to-noise ratio of 3000:1. The 150W Xe lamp does not photobleach bio samples, which Gilden says is unlike certain 450W Xe systems.
The Fluorosens has as an option, a unique transmission detector to check sample stability.
Combined with a reference detector for corrected excitation and corrected emission spectra as standard, truly makes the Fluorosens unique.
Gilden Photonics aims to lead the way for the fluorescence market with its product development programme and value engineered products.
