 Ferrrotec offers a full range of Electron Beam Gun Evaporator Systems with high voltage power supplies and beam sweep controllers. Our standard ebgun designs range from small, single crucible standard and uhv, horizontal or vertically mounted, to large capacity ebguns with multi pocket rotating crucibles. Features include, a small focused beam spot regardless of its position in the crucible, long filament life and precision control of the x-y beam sweep. Ferrotec EB Gun electronics can be retrofitted to operate older Balzers EB Guns without changing production processes.
Ferrotecs Ferrofluidic® Rotary Vacuum Feedthroughs and FerroDrive® Sealing Sub-Assemblies are used for sealing precision optic and semiconductor thin film vacuum coating processes. Our ferro fluid magnetic liquid seals last longer and offer superior performance compared to conventional rubber oring seals.
In addition we offer custom fabricated Quartz Ware and Ferrofluids for various applications. Our capabilities include electro-mechanical engineering, manufacturing, assembly, test, sales and service support.
