Andor Technology, a world leader in scientific imaging and spectroscopy solutions, announces the availability of optimized drivers for Luca R and Luca S imaging EMCCD cameras within the Meta imaging series of acquisition and analysis software, specifically the Metamorph, Metafluo and Metavue software packages. Andor LucaEM cameras are supported in the Meta series version 7.5.4 and up.
Andor’s LucaEM family of single photon sensitive imaging cameras offer a unique price/performance EMCCD solution for demanding live cell imaging applications, in a compact, USB 2.0 platform. The QE response of the high-resolution Luca R model is particularly optimal for the range of increasingly popular red-emitting fluorophores.
