Photonex runs a comprehensive visitor marketing campaign all year round and here is how it's done:

Advertising
Adverts appearing in major Trade Journals in the UK, Europe & North America through out the year.

Direct Mail
Using the Photonex owned data resource a multi-phased direct mail campaign starts in May 2008.

Web
This dedicated event website is increasingly important in keeping people up-to-date with who is exhibiting, the exhibition content and that of the Seminar Programmes. Visitors can advance register on-line.

Exhibition Ticket Inserts
Over 55000 exhibition tickets will be inserted into leading trade journals. Also, 15000 tickets are distributed by Xmark and 14000 by exhibitors. Electronic Invitations are also distributed by exhibitors.

Show Previews / PR
Dedicated previews are planned in Electro Optics Magazine and Automation Magazine.

Photonex News
Each year Photonex News is produced as a pre-show preview (click here for a copy from last year's event).
